Terms of Service for MahArt

  1. Terms of Use Agreement By using Mahart Academy, you're agreeing to the terms of use outlined below (“Terms”). If these terms don't sound good to you, please don't use our service. Using Mahart Academy means you're in agreement with these Terms.

  2. Our Service Mahart Academy is an online service that provides video tutorials and related resources (collectively referred to as the “Service”). To use our Service, you'll need a valid subscription. We're here to help you learn and grow!

  3. Subscribing to the Service To subscribe to the Service, you'll need to provide us with accurate and up-to-date information. You're also responsible for paying all fees associated with the Service, such as subscription fees and any applicable taxes. Keep in mind that you're responsible for all charges made through your account, even if someone else uses the Service.

  4. Payment and Renewal Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period, and your payment method will be charged the current subscription fee. If you ever want to cancel your subscription, you can do so via the user panel. If you cancel, you'll still have access to the Service through the end of your current subscription period.

  5. Refunds We don't offer refunds for subscription fees, however, if you encounter any technical issues with the Service, please reach out to us. We're here to help and ensure you have a positive experience with Mahart Academy.

  6. Limitation of Liability Mahart Academy won't be held responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the Service. You understand and agree that using the Service is at your own risk.

  7. Intellectual Property The content of our Service, including text, images, audio, and video, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You're not allowed to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or information obtained from the Service.
